Al Ru'ya (الرؤية) — "Vision" — is an engineering firm whose work is project-driven and detail-heavy. Delivering the engineering was never the problem; running the business around those projects, at scale, was where the strain showed.
The challenge
Project-based firms carry a particular kind of complexity: costs and revenue spread across multiple jobs, timelines that overlap, and margins that are easy to lose track of until a project is already finished. The result
Al Ru'ya now runs on firmer footing. Project financials are visible instead of guessed at, day-to-day operations follow defined processes rather than improvisation, and leadership can plan with confidence. The firm is structured to take on bigger, more complex work without the back office becoming the bottleneck.
