Standard terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to every quotation, order and invoice issued by Labeed for Consulting & Projects (trading as Labeed Consulting), CR 1622040, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Last updated 17 September 2026.

  1. Our terms apply. The client expressly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these terms. Any departure from these terms is valid only if agreed in advance and in writing.
  2. Payment. Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment term is stated on the quotation or the invoice. If an invoice is not paid by its due date, Labeed Consulting may charge a fixed late-payment amount of 10% of the sum outstanding and may suspend any service without prior notice until payment is received.
  3. Recovery of overdue amounts. If an invoice remains unpaid sixty (60) days after its due date, Labeed Consulting may refer it to a debt-recovery service. All resulting legal and recovery costs are payable by the client.
  4. Taxes and withholding. Some jurisdictions apply withholding tax on invoiced amounts under their own legislation. Any such withholding is paid by the client to the relevant tax authority; Labeed Consulting bears no cost arising from the legislation of the country in which the client is located, and the full invoiced amount remains due.
  5. Nature of our obligations. Labeed Consulting undertakes to deliver its services diligently and within the agreed timeframes. Its obligations are obligations of means, not of result. Labeed Consulting cannot be required by the client to appear as a third party in any claim for damages brought against the client by an end customer.
  6. Claims. To be admissible, any claim must be notified to Labeed Consulting in writing, at its registered office or by e-mail to info@labeedx.com, within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  7. Governing law. All our contractual relations are governed exclusively by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
